Within the framework of TIS (Tourism Innovation Summit) 2025, and thanks to the collaboration with the Institute of Hotel Technology (ITH), the European alliance PacTS4ALL (Pact for Tourism Skills Forward Alliance) held the PacTS4ALL International Conference, a meeting that brought together professionals, public entities, companies, and training centers from across Europe committed to talent development and skills enhancement in the tourism sector.

PacTS4ALL was honored to be a key participant at ITB 2025, one of the world’s most influential travel trade shows, which took place from March 4 to 6, 2025, at Hall 4.1 – Stand 306. The event provided an invaluable platform for industry leaders, tourism professionals, and educational institutions to discuss the future of skills in tourism and explore opportunities for collaboration.
We are pleased to announce the Final Conference of the TOURing Project, titled “Navigating the Twin Transition: Upskilling & Reskilling for the Future of Tourism”, which will take place on December 5, 2024 in Brussels. The TOURing project, developed under the Pact for Skills, is dedicated to supporting the green and digital transformation of the tourism sector by focusing on upskilling and reskilling the workforce, especially within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which form the backbone of the tourism industry. This conference will explore the critical role that education, skills development, and innovation play in ensuring the tourism sector’s resilience and long-term sustainability.
